Team player who leads by example. Experience using mobile tablet service applications. Ability to do basic room area math calculations. Experience with home/business water and mold remediation is preferred but equivalent in-home and/or property services background will be considered. We do NOT do “build-backs”, so no advanced construction experience is necessary. Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs without special accommodations. Fulltime weekly + rotational weekend and evening/emergency on-call availability. We're seeking to fill both Lead Tech (advanced skills and project/people mgt experience) and Apprentice Tech (basic skills). Lead Tech pay range is $20-$24 to start, Apprentice Tech range is $15-$18 to start. Both have rapid advancement potential.
