This 90 minute yoga class will work specifically with opening and strengthening the feet as well provide you with a clear understanding of the important role of dynamic feet in yoga. Yoga has been proven to not only assist in stretching tissues of the foot and legs but also with building the structural stability of the foot and its arches. The yoga practice truly builds from the ground up, and having strong yet flexible feet is key for postural integrity and movement.
