Let’s charcuterie! Join us for a fun and exciting way to learn about meat and cheese presentation and tasty food combinations. St. Patrick's Day brings the Irish out in all of us. We will be using fine Irish cheese, Brie's, Blues and Cheddar from the beautiful rolling, green hills of Ireland. We will sharpen our board building skills instead of relying in the "Luck of the Irish". We will have a great time and we can't wait to see you!! Whether it is just you and a friend or a group of 14, let us teach you about the art of charcuterie. Included in the class is your instruction, board, all materials to craft your Charcuterie Board and 10% of any purchase the night of your event. The class lasts and 1 and a half hours.
