Also looking for experienced individuals to run a truck but must have crew chief certificate and lead safe certificate, Must be ok with ladder work up to 32 feet. cannot be afraid of heights. Starting at 18 dollars an hour for no experience. After a short period of time and some training you will be switched to percentage rate and will make really good money. Any experienced guys with crew chief certificate would start on percentage to be discussed. Proper Energy Solutions is an established company that works with mass save program to aquire work. any experience working in the program is a huge plus. Also must have own transportation.
