Chef Shelly will show you how to make a delicious and easy Buddha Bowl with healthy fun ingredients in a make-and-take cooking class.
Together we will learn how to prep and combine ingredients in easy flexible meals for lunch or dinner. Participants will each take home a small version of the recipe in to-go containers, along with recipes cards to easily recreate these nourishing beauties at home!
Chef Shelly Platten is a culinary instructor, personal chef and owner of Healthy Chef Shell, LLC. She's also an adjunct instructor with FVTC and the culinary program director at Riverview Gardens of Appleton. When she isn't working with schools, companies and at-risk populations, she is helping individuals in their homes enjoy healthful cooking.
