This routine combines principles of the ancient arts of TaiChi and Qigong producing EnerChi. It involves a series of movements performed in slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep breathing. It combines upper and lower body coordination moves. We perform lunges with arm movements and spinal rotation combined with deep breathing for relaxation.
