Major food distributor is hiring Pickers/Selectors for the freezer department in the HQ distribution center/warehouse facility in the Bronx (Hunts Point). Must have experience working in a Freezer/Refrigerated environment (34 degrees or less). You will be provided with a Freezer suit and all equipment. JOB DETAILS: - Pick food products and pack in totes - Scan labels on packages, load packaging machines with boats, and label packages with printed labels REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required -- holidays are very important to our restaurant customers! - Must have Selecting experience in a cold / freezer area prior - Proven track record of good attendance - Comfortable and able to work an 8-12hr shift - Must be able to lift and maneuver 30-40lbs.
