Coffee Cupping Take a deeper journey into the world of coffee with a personal Coffee Cupping Experience. A limited number of participants will learn about the sources of coffee flavors and will join in the sensory process that the pros use to sample and grade various origins and grades of coffee. The Coffee Cupping Experience will be fun and informative for the coffee-curious and will include: ● learning the effects of “terroir” on coffee flavor ● understanding the flavor characteristics of the major coffee growing regions ● sampling and evaluating coffee origins through an the official cupping process ● complimentary dessert, take-home coffee samples, and open conversation on all things Coffee with Doug Cooper our lead roaster
