Relax to crystal singing bowls and guided meditation Meditation and Sound Bath: Join us in a luminous environment for mindfulness meditation followed by a sound bath. The vibrations of the crystal singing bowls will calm the nervous system and leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. This unique session combines guided meditation and a healing sound bath in a beautiful and calm setting. Please arrive 5 minutes early and be seated. A chair or cushion is provided. No experience is necessary. We will provide a way to be with others in a safe environment. It's a great way to find deep relaxation and de-stress. There is nothing you need to "know" and there is nothing for you to be "good at" or "bad at". We are equals. We are humans. There are no experts, just beginners. Face mask not required if you are fully vaccinated.
