An event for all converts to Islam to learn how to be prepared for the Blessed Month of Ramadan. Please join our first Embrace CT Chapter and Waterbury Islamic Cultural Center Collaborative Event for Converts to Islam. Sheikh Ashraf Ibrahim, Imam of Masjid Assalam/WICC, will give a Ramadan Prep halaqa to our CT convert community and answer our questions on the Blessed Month of Ramadan, fasting, and worship. Seasoned converts are encouraged to attend and can offer helpful Ramadan advice and share their experiences with our newest brothers and sisters in Islam. Representatives from Embrace-A Project of ICNA CT Chapter will be available to discuss how best we can support our convert community in Connecticut!
