To the girl I inadvertently ditched after Uniform & Thou. I didn't mean to leave without saying goodbye! I was enjoying our chit chat while your roommate was talking with the Canadian gentleman. While you were in the bathroom I suddenly felt the combined weight of my exhaustion and dehydration and was daunted by my long trip home. I made a beeline for my jacket and some fresh air. I was on the subway when I realized I forgot to bid you a proper farewell. I owe you a beer next time.
