Research reveals that the lower abdominals and pelvic floor muscles co-contract to stabilize the pelvis and lower back. These classes focus on breathing techniques, spinal alignment, stabilization and appropriate range of motion to engage the pelvic floor as part of exercises where abdominal, as well as, other muscle groups are involved. Classes will explore functional movement in a supportive and fun environment.Price: $120 for 6 weeks (prorated if joining the series late; please contact the Center for discount code.) Dates/Times: Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 pm, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13. **Please note that there will be NO class on March 23, 2022** Note: Registration listed is for the full series. If you are registering for the full series, please only register for the first day, your $120 registration will allow you in all 6 classes.
