If you are feeling out of touch with your creative side and not too sure how to connect with your own unique creative voice, then you won't want to miss the Creative You Mini Workshop. The Mini-Workshop is a safe and gentle introduction to self-expression, creativity, and art through meditation, play, making, and listening to your own inner voice. If you aren't sure if you even have an inner voice, don't worry this workshop is a great first step in self-discovery.
