Description

Fun crafts, activities, informal worship, and a free dinner! All ages are welcome at Messy Church Easter! You're invited to Messy Church Easter!! Please join us on Saturday, April 2 right at 4PM for an hour of crafts for all ages, then storytelling, music, and informal worship, and a free dinner! Messy Church is for ALL ages, from babies up to senior citizens. Everyone is welcome! WHAT'S MESSY CHURCH? Messy Church is about everyone in the community being welcome, sharing our love for God, creativity, all ages being together, telling the stories of Jesus, having FUN, and getting to know each other through crafts, informal worship and mealtime. We usually meet on the first Saturday of the month at 4PM. Our events last about 2-hours and start right at 4:00. The crafts only happen from 4-5, so it's important to arrive on time. HOW TO RSVP: Please RSVP via the Eventbrite link to help us plan how many dinners we'll need. Having that information is so helpful. Thanks! COVID SAFETY: We are following the school district and CDC's recommendations for COVID safety, so face masks are optional. We will have face masks available for anyone who would like to wear one. If you or someone in your family feels unwell, please stay home and rest. We will ask that everyone use hand sanitizer or wash their hands at the sink when they arrive. PARKING: Our parking lot and accessible entrance with an elevator are located at 29 Pearl Street, Kingston, NY 12401. You may also park right next door at the Ulster County Parking Lot (parking is free there on weekends). ACCESSIBILITY: Do you need disability-related accommodations? We want everyone to be able to participate fully and to know how welcome they are. If there's something we can do to help, please let us know. If you have food allergies and need a special meal for medical reasons, please let us know by Thursday, March 31 by e-mailing [email protected]. Thank you! VOLUNTEERS: Would you like to get involved? We welcome new team members! Please contact Rebecca Leibowitz at [email protected] if you'd like to be part of our "messy team." We can't wait to see you at Messy Church!
