1st Course: Pecan Muhamara, Elephant Garlic and Rillettes, molasses bread, local herbs
2nd Course: Argula Pesto Papardelle, handmade pasta, Cajun Acres greens, LA Citrus
3rd Course: Couche Couche, seasonally infused syrup, persimmon cracklin’
This one of a kind experience is $60 per person, with the option to add on a bottle of wine or two cocktails.
