The Northern Utah Immunization Coalition is pleased to announce their upcoming conference! Join us for the conference: Vaccines 2022! Please join us for the NUIC sponsored annual immunization conference. We hope that this conference will be both informative and educational to you and your realm of practice. This is an "in person" conference.Early or On-Time Registration Cost:  $35.00 per person.  Available until April 11, 2022Late Registration or At-The Door Cost (after April 11, 2022):  $40.00 per person.   We will offer a continental breakfast, snacks and a wonderful lunch catered by the Timbermine Restaurant.COVID Statement:We recommend masks and vaccinations as per recommendations of CDC and Weber-Morgan Health DepartmentWe look forward to seeing you at the annual NUIC conference on April 21, 2022!  FAQs What are the registration fees/costs? Early or On-Time Registration Cost:  $35.00 per person.  Available until April 11, 2022 Late Registration or At-The Door Cost (starting April 12, 2022):  $40.00 per person.    Can I pay for the registration with a check? Yes!  Complete the registration on Eventbrite, and indicate during the registration process that you will be paying by check.  The registration will not be considered complete until the check has been received by the conference registrar.  Checks should be payable to "Northern Utah Immunization Coaliton" and mailed to the conference registrar: Logan City School District, Kelly Hansen, 101 W Center Street, Logan, UT 84321                                                  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is ample parking at the Timbermine Restaurant and the parking is free  How can I contact the organizer with any questions? We will offer refunds minus the Eventbrite fees to registrants up to 7 days prior to the conference (April 14, 2022) Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No.  Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
