Description
Painter(s) needed to paint inside of rental house at 30 Paulmar Dr. all white.
(Hopefully I will have the prep work done tomorrow so you can start Friday or Saturday).
You can spray (with your equipment) or roll/brush with mine or yours.
Everything that has been painted before (except stained trim/doors here and there), which includes ceiling, walls and some trim, flat white (already on site) and kitchen cabinets - semi-gloss white (also on site).
Its a 3 Br/ 1 Ba...tax records say 1048 square feet... probably correct.
7 Rooms, $500paid upon completion with property management company check.
Would prefer for it to be complete by 3/14 so we can show to rent it again the first of next week.
