Ideal Turtle and Fish Tank Set-Up!

I am trying to re-home a red-eared slider turtle and his eight cichlid companions. They all live together peacefully and are very healthy. The turtle is about 6 inches long, and the biggest fish is about 3-4 inches long. There is also a Chinese algae eater in there as well, and he is about 3 inches long. He comes out rarely but does a great job helping to clean the tank. They all come with the complete set-up: one 55-gallon tank, one canister filter, one water heater, one LED color-changing air bubbler, one turtle basking ramp, two light clamps with bulbs for the turtle (heat and UV), two giant turtle caves, one giant log decor, various fake plants, and beautiful river stone. I'll even include multiple canisters of food and chemicals for both the turtle and the fish. I've put a lot into these little critters, but I'm moving and there just isn't a place for them. The tank is very large so you would need a large car and someone to come help you move it. I would prefer that it all stays together. Everything works great. The current set-up is only about a year old so it's all in great shape. It's worth a lot more but I'm only asking $200.
