A yoga flow for beginner's followed by a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Yoga Session Details: * No experience needed. * Mats are provided based upon availability (please bring your own mats). * This yoga flow will focus on opening the entire body. * Participants are invited to enjoy tea and honey prior to the session. Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Details: * (Recommended)* Blanket/Eye covers/Pillows to support yourself in a comfortable position. * Essential oils provided. * Participants will enjoy the therapeutic sounds and vibrations from the crystal bowls.
