We are a premier Commercial and Residential Landscape Contractor. We are currently expanding our operations in SWFL and are looking for a highly motivated Landscape Foreman to add value to our landscape department. RESPONSIBILITIES: - In the field working alongside assigned team to ensure that all jobs are completed according to the work order specifications. - Completing timesheets and other daily paperwork. - Ensure that all projects meet AP Landscape Designs high-quality control standards. - Must have great leadership skills and the ability to motivate assigned team of 3-4. - Work closely with Production Managers to provide feedback on jobs and team members. SKILLS/EDUCATION: - Minimum of 2 years of previous Foreman experience. - Minimum of 2 years prior landscape experience. - Florida plant ID, pest, and weed knowledge a huge plus. - Valid and insurable Driver’s License. - Attention to detail is a must. - Full knowledge of how to safely operate landscaping equipment (skid-steers, sod cutters, chainsaws, blowers, trimmers, etc.) - Experienced in landscaping techniques that promote efficiencies within an assigned project. - Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not necessary. Compensation: Paid Time Off available after 90 days
