In this one of a kind event, we will teach how to dye fabrics naturally with plants. Learn how to plant your own pigmented garden this year! There is an endless list of qualities which make plants special! One of the most striking is their color. From lilac bushes in spring to beets at the grocery store, all this color is applicable to creativity. Taught by special guest instructor Miss Anna Lee, learn more ways to make your life vibrant. We will discuss methods of gathering supplies. In your pots or plots this spring, plant up a beautiful dye garden. If you don't have access to full sun outdoors, discover methods of foraging or purchasing plants to participate in this art form. With a follow up show and tell event scheduled for September 13th, rejoice in color this summer!
