Looking for a new home for our puppy Chewbacca aka Chewie. He is a Yorky/Maltese mix. He’s 14 months old. Fully grown, about 9 pounds. Up to date on shots and I have all of his vet records. He is not neutered. He was recently groomed. Very sweet dog, wants attention and love 24/7. He’s crate trained. Goes to bed from 9pm-7am in his crate, and goes in crate when we leave the house. He loves running around the backyard, playing catch, and lovessss playing with toys. He’s good with other dogs, and loves children. However he can NOT go to another family that has cats or other types of small animals. We adopted him from another family a few months ago who was going through a hard time and could no longer care for him. We were told he was okay with all animals and he is not. He constantly terrorizes our cats. We’ve tried everything we can to acclimate him to our cats but unfortunately we’ve come to the hard decision that he just can’t be trusted to be near our cats and at this point we need to protect the other animals in our home and find Chewie a new home. He will come with his two crates one small and one large. One he sleeps in and another for during the day if you are not home. His harnesses, leashes, toys, treats, dog bowls, clippers, shampoo, hair products,beds, ect. He has been very loved and spoiled and He has a lot of stuff so you will need a large car or we can fold down all the cages but it’s still a lot! Asking a rehoming fee of $800.
