Thank you for your participation in the 2022 MBA Venture Challenge. The MBA Venture Challenge asks teams of MBA students to quickly and effectively evaluate early-stage firms, providing a clear, unbiased, and business-oriented evaluation of the businesses' market and financial viability. MBA students will spend six weeks conducting primary and secondary research and analysis to culminate in a public presentation to a panel of judges comprised of members of the business and academic community on Sunday, April 3, and Monday, April 4th, 2022. We are in need of judges with a variety of professional backgrounds and expertise! As a judge, you'll help evaluate how well the student teams completed their analysis. You won't be asked to score the viability of the business, rather you'll judge the quality of the analysis completed by the students, the quality of their presentation, and their responses during presentation Q&A. Your feedback will help to better prepare students for the real-world business scenarios they'll be placed in after graduation. Judges are instructed not to consider if the venture would be a worthwhile investment when judging MBA team performance. They are only to assess the quality of the team’s analysis. Rounds 1 and 2 will take place on Sunday, April 3rd. All teams will present. All teams will deliver their Elevator Pitch and the top 6 teams will present at the Finals on Sunday, April 4th.
