Lay down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the vibrations of a 60-minute crystal singing bowl meditation led by Jay Taylor. In service of your complete relaxation, Gudrun Wu Snyder will provide you with individualized acupuncture needle placement. Over the past 3 and a half years Jay has facilitated over 1,000 sound meditation experiences in and around Chicago. In 2020 Jay Co-Founded the Ahimsa School of Sound Healing, which offers a curriculum teaching the science of sound as well as retailing healing instruments. The intention behind the school and each meditation is to be of service. Jay stands firmly in the possibility that sound is the wave of the future and a key to providing release, relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation. Gudrun Snyder, D.Ac., MSAc, LAc, is a Doctor of East Asian Acupuncture and owner of Moon Rabbit Acupuncture. She is board certified by the NCCAOM as an Acupuncturist and specializes in a root-cause resolution approach to treatment. Gudrun is a breast cancer survivor and a board member of Twist Out Cancer, an international nonprofit organization that provides psychosocial support to those touched by cancer.
