RSVP Watch Exhibit Video Let Me Be Myself Making use of large-sized pictures, the exhibition, Let Me Be Myself – The Life Story of Anne Frank, will show the story of Anne Frank from her birth in 1929 up to her death at the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in 1945. Each exhibition panel will contain images and texts about the world around Anne Frank: the rise of Hitler, the persecution of the Jews, and the Second Word War. One third of the exhibition will be dedicated to the stories of young people today. Visitors will learn the disconnect between how these young people view their lives, and how others may perceive them. This highlights the role of prejudice, and how this can lead to exclusion and discrimination.
