Wine makes anything better, even legal life planning! What better way to unwind and talk about estate planning than with a glass of wine! During this FREE, in-person event, you'll get a chance to learn more about the importance of estate planning with experienced estate planning Attorney Genoveva Meza Talbott. This will be a relaxing and comfortable environment where we will discuss common questions and misconceptions about wills and estate planning. We will play some games and make it a fun and interactive evening! You'll leave the event with a new peace of mind and armed with the knowledge to empower you to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your legacy with an estate plan. Some topics that will be discussed: What happens if you don't have a will or estate plan?Differences between a will and a trustImportance of choosing a guardian for your minor childrenIncapacity planningThe modern way of creating your estate plan from the comfort of homeThe program will start at 6:00 p.m., but feel free to arrive earlier to have plenty of time to order wine and anything that catches your eye in the Magnolia Bistro* menu.
