A Celebration of the Earth - Learn How Soil Imparts a Sense of Place To Wine This month, we will discover five different soils that are common in wine regions and how can impart taste and a sense of place to wine. This is going to be a fun and interactive wine tasting with five wines and small bites with some food and wine trivia. If you have met Lisa at the restaurant, you know how passionate she is about wine. She will guide you through the wine selections and how to pair them and delight you with interesting information.
