Fun adult dance class. Nurture your mind, body, heart and soul. No dance experience necessary. with Elizabeth McKoy Come and celebrate with us, and energize yourself for the days to come. Groove is a dynamically interactive and creative group dance experience. With great music your facilitator will unite everyone in movement or rhythm. You get to dance in your own unique way while exploring a variety of styles and genres. No fancy steps or complicated choreography. Just come as you are!
