Having a successful organization in the 21st century requires an intentional investment into four critical pillars: culture, people, skills, and accountability. Every culture is an aggregate of the individuals that make it up. Given the abundance of challenges that exist today at a level that has never been seen, we as individuals are often the last pillar tended to, if at all. We will explore how we can begin to make these critical investments back into ourselves, the people, who are the real tipping point of success within an organization - and more importantly for ourselves to reach true success. -- Tamien Dysart is the co-founder and CEO of Think 3D Solutions. Prior to launching Think 3D in 2016, Tamien spent over 16 years in the financial industry and had a reputation for building and sustaining high-performing cultures and teams. Driving engagement and performance up, while reducing attrition and the negative impacts of poor organizational culture. Taking his experience and knowledge from creating several high-performing and sustainable cultures, Tamien and his long-time friend and partner formed, Think 3D Solutions. Think 3D Solutions provides coaching, organizational consulting, leadership development and training to businesses and organizations of all types and sizes with one primary mission – build intentional and sustainable cultures that perform. Tamien firmly believes that a better you is better for everyone and runs several mentoring and accountability small groups and a few small executive coaching groups where he shares his method for personal and professional success with other leaders and young professionals. Outside of the office, he is active as a leader and spokesperson in the community. Tamien currently serves on the Sioux Empire Leadership Council and is an Executive Board Member to the Greater Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.
