Seeking Experienced Person to Rip out Tub and Install tiled shower

Looking to hire someone who can rip out the plastic, formed shower/bath/tub in my bathroom and replace it with a tiled shower stall. This is for the master bathroom. I won't holdyou to it but I need an idea of what I'm looking at Where do you purchase the materials?
