A wonderful event for families to be together, create, play and meditate! ImaniForUs has partnered with Christina White McClendon @justaspiritualreminder, a Wellness Facilitator AGAIN to offer a Family Meditate and Create event! Join us on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 2 PM to ~Practice some breathing techniques to calm the mind and body. ~Do some stretching to move the body. ~Meditate and create your own affirmation cards and ‘IForU’ salt kit! ~Laugh, play and be empowered! This will be a beautiful family interactive session! We look forward to seeing you and your family there! Snacks included with ticket!
