Dance into a new cycle, a new you! Come vibe at Afro Funk. Afro Funk is a dance experience with rhtyhm styles from Africa, Carribean, and Black America. In this upcoming workshop we will tap into our sacral energy and utilize this new moon energy to welcome the new! We will spend two hours together with some journaling, tuning into our bodies, and moving across the floor. There will also be some special elixirs available for you to purchase. Bring a friend!
