University City Schools Closed Tuesday For Winter Weather

UNIVERSITY CITY, MO — University City schools and district offices will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 17, because of winter weather, the district said Monday evening. All staff is excused, however, custodial and maintenance staff members are to report as assigned and are asked to stay safe and take caution while traveling, officials said. In addition, all morning, afternoon and evening activities are canceled, including child care. Board candidate filing that had been scheduled to open at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, will be postponed to begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18. For more information, visit ucityschools.org.
