UNIVERSITY CITY, MO — University City Schools will dismiss students early on Wednesday, Feb. 5, ahead of a winter storm forecasted to bring 1 to 4 inches of snow, plus additional sleet and ice to the St. Louis region, according to the National Weather Service. All district schools and offices will close at 1 p.m., officials said. Early dismissal times for Feb. 5 are: 11 a.m. University City High School (No afternoon session for Lieberman Learning Center)11:30 a.m. Brittany Woods Middle School12:15 p.m. All elementary schools and Julia Goldstein Early Childhood Education CenterIn addition, district officials said all after-school and evening activities, including all home athletic events, are canceled or postponed, and there will be no childcare today.
