Full-Time Handyman Needed

We are a small property management company in San Francisco. We are looking for someone who has a truck, likes to fix and repair common household properties, move furniture and enjoys doing it! Your primary role is to pick-up and drop off furniture, installing camera, routers, smart-locks, common household repairs like clogged toilet, changing lights, painting the wall, dissembling and reassembling furniture, general carpentry, changing locks on doors, general cleaning, general fixing of broken furniture, and other related jobs Being able to lift and move furniture 50-100 pounds or more by yourself or with limited help Expected Hours: M-F 8am-4pm or until the job is done and on weekends on a need be basis. I am looking for a handyman that has an ownership mentality. Someone that will work until the job is done. $45,000 a year PLUS performance bonus up to 3k annually Tools: You must have your own tools Vehicle: you must have a truck. No truck, DO NOT APPLY Material: We pay for all the material needed (locks, paint, etc) We are looking for a hard working person, that is serious about growing within the company! Someone that is good at taking direction, following instructions and providing valuable input that will help the company grow!
