Looking to hire a self motivated, dependable Housekeeper / Groundskeeper that wants steady work and great work environment. Job site is two apartment complexes (you would be responsible for both properties, they are very close to each other) Tasks include: - Pick up/remove trash/empty trash/recycling - Clean office bathroom - Sanitize common area spaces - Vacuum / mop floors - Simple work orders (change light bulbs, unclog drains, etc) we can teach you how to do these things if need be Work will be Monday - Friday for around 4 hours per day sometime between 8am - 5pm. The best part is you get to choose your hours to work around your existing schedule. Pay starting off at $25/hour with a $2.50 raise after first month of good performance and proven reliability to show up for shifts. Must have reliable transportation but we provide all tools needed for the job. Pay is weekly and you will love working with our team.
