We are looking for an Experienced Fabricator, Field and Shop Welder. We are a well-established structural and misc. metals contractor based in Daly City. We have numerous clientele throughout the Bay Area working on a range of project. Projects such as: stairs & rails, miscellaneous steel, structural steel. The ideal candidate must have Structural steel and Misc. background. We are also in need of a machine operator specific CNC / Purchasing and inventory and some filling. Computer skill required. welding knowledge. Time management is a necessity. Should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with structural steel, hand rails & stairs. Must be able to read blueprints and have a current certification, or the ability to get certified. Duties to include, but not limited to: Fabrication and Installation of structural steel, stairs, railings and miscellaneous steel items. Must be willing to travel to construction sites in the Bay Area (1.5hr max radius from shop)Work as a team player and independently, Come to work on time with all PPE and all necessary hand tools. Our shop hours are 7:00am-3:30pm Monday -Friday, This is a full-time position with some overtime and/ or weekends when necessary All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check Please submit a copy of your resume when replying to this ad.
