We are a unique full-service General Contracting firm headquartered in Hayward. We specialize in reconstruction and repair work for condominiums, apartments, and single-family homes. We are seeking Entry to Journeyman level carpenters for projects throughout the Northern California Region. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Dry rot & decay repairs • Demo, layout and rough framing • Siding and stucco replacement • Deck repairs and replacement • Water & fire damage repairs • Roofing • Door and window replacements and upgrades • Waterproofing building envelope • Custom Sheet Metal flashing • Fabrication & installation • Painting Requirements: • Minimum of 4yrs experience • Good physical health and Able to life 50lbs • Able to work Monday – Friday, 8HRs a day • Able to work with a team & as an individual • Reliable vehicle • Leadership skills • Ability to read plans • All tools • Self-starter with strong work ethics WHAT WE OFFER: • Full-Time Position, Monday – Friday • Compensation based on experience • Company Health Benefit program (after 30 days probationary period) • 401K eligibility (after 1 year with company) • Being an integral part of a fun & close-knit team!
