Sound Meditation Session with Cosmic Hour at FOUND:RE Phoenix This unique meditation is done using a combination of Tibetan bowls, synthesizers, crystals, and plant energy. These meditations can help us experience profound relaxation and states of deep healing, express and transform energy, release old patterns, get grounded, connect to intuition, creativity and more. Sound Meditation uses music and sound to clear the mind and deepen meditation. This ancient practice is used by many cultures, religions and mystic traditions. Music is multi-dimensional, linking realms of the brain and facilitating meditation independently of thought. WHEN: Tuesday, March 22 TIME: 7PM to 8PM. Doors open at 6:30PM.
