only 1 in 7 russians have a car there is a 10 year wait to even get a car and you have to pay in advance my friend got lucky and got selected to have a car so he went to the dealer in moscow and gave the guy the money and the dealer said to come back in 10 years then my friend said morning or afternoon ? the dealer said its 10 years whats the difference ??? my friend said that the plumber is coming in the morning that is a ronald reagan joke, he says he got from the local russians, not sure ron is the same guy that used to make stuff up when he radio reported on football games and a hollywood actor from california for gods sake
