Cooking with the Chef: Ravioli del NordWednesday, March 23rd | 6-9PMJoin us for our next class in our Cooking with the Chef Series. This month, Chef Steven Brown, will be teaching how to make Ravioli del Nord. From mixing the ingredients to kneading and cutting the dough, you will learn every step of pasta-making. Throughout the class, Chef Steven Brown will teach you the tricks for making the perfect pasta; from the different uses for flours to the best sauces for each noodle. The evening will start and end in the relaxed environment of Giulia's private dining room, but each class will head down to the main kitchen where they will roll and cut their dough on Giulia's custom pasta table. Your hands-on cooking class at Giulia culminates with a delicious three course meal, paired with wines. Menu for the evening includes Giulia's Caesar Salad, Spinach Mezzaluna, and Chocolate Espresso Budino. Your ticket includes the cooking class, 3 course dinner, wine pairings, a Giulia apron, and the pasta you make to take and cook at home. Must be of legal drinking age to attend.
