Learn to make pasta from scratch and create impressive pasta dishes like stuffed tortellini and a timballo pasta tower. If you have mastered Chef Antonio’s Pasta & Sauces, Advanced Pasta Making is the class for you! Prepare to challenge yourself as you learn to make impressive pasta dishes such as a timballo pasta tower, lasagna, stuffed tortellini, and pasta with fragrant herbs prepared al cartoccio! Plan to join us for a pre-session social hour at 5pm in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! As you cook through each course, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers. * Participation in a past Pasta & Sauces class is not a prerequisite for this class! All are welcome to take part in Advanced Pasta Making! ** A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
