Breathwork | Cacao Ceremony | Sound Journey Let's gather to pause and honor this time of crossover, where dark and light and day and night are equal in length, uniting our intentions to use this transition point as a metaphor and prayer for the increasing light to come. Harnessing the energy of this potent transitional time, we are given the opportunity to prepare for the coming season while simultaneously acknowledging the passing of the previous season (literally and metaphorically). Sipping delicious ceremonially prepared cacao, we will open and expand our hearts expressing our reflections of gratitude and joy for these seasonal markers that help us commemorate our often forgotten and neglected connection to our Earth Mother and her rhythms. By becoming more present to these Earth rhythms through ritual and ceremony, we become more keenly aware of how these seasonal cycles reflect our own internal rhythms. As we become more aligned with these rhythms we begin to move in less externally influenced ways of the world to more intuitive ways of our true divine nature. From this deeply rooted internal space we will recalibrate through guided breathwork and sound journeying intended to open our neural pathways to receive downloads and activations aligning us with our purpose and the connections and resources for what we came here to create individually and collectively during this coming season of sprouting.
