One of the action items of our QEP, Explore to Complete, is a career-readiness badging program based on the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) competencies. The badging program will allow students to connect academic and work experiences as well as demonstrate that they have acquired the eight career competencies while earning their degree.. In this session, participants will be updated on the career-readiness badging program and will learn ways they can promote the program to Polk State College students.
