I am looking for people to attend a free 90 minute Workshop and Discussion regarding the health benefits of regular VOCALIZING. The workshop teaches Vocalize Yourself, a simple, easy to use exercise program developed to help you identify, stimulate, and expand your entire vocal, bronchial, and respiratory systems. The program combines chanting or intonation patterns to specific musical notes in relation to the major components of your vocal system.
Regardless of your age, speaking, or singing ability daily vocalizing strengthens your Vocal, Respiratory, Bronchial, and Sinus Systems, Opens the major energy systems of your body, Releases Stress, Calms and Relaxes Nerves, and supports a healthy Immune System. If you are an aspiring singer this program is a great 1st step and on-going workout for your voice. Regardless of your singing abilities or interest, Vocalizing is a great workout to add as a warm up/warm down to your regular exercise program.
How often do you work out or exercise your vocal system? For most people the answer is little or none.
The workshop Is approximately 1 hour of instruction and repeating the exercise program followed by 30 minutes of discussion, feedback, comments, and suggestions. These are purposefully small groups of 4 – 6 people to allow for distancing. I am vaccinated and ask that you be also. Masks are optional. The sessions are held in my residence in the Central Area of Seattle.
I am repeating the program on 4 dates;
Sunday, March 13th, 1-2:30pm;
Tuesday March 15th, 6:30 – 8:00pm;
Thursday March 17th, 6:30 – 8:00pm;
Sunday March 20th, 1-2:30pm.
