I'm looking for a retiree to perform small handyman type jobs (see below list of jobs). Home maintenance and repairs. All work are scheduled mornings and only Monday through Fridays. Must be dependable and professional. You will be an independent agent in a co-op arrangement. Most jobs pay an average of $20 per hour. All work is pre-qouted therefore you are informed of your cut in advance of the job. Home Concierge Services: 1) fix or replace kitchen cabinet doors 2) change light bulbs, change AC filter 3) minor plumbing at and under sink 4) replace and install door knobs, Door and window repairs, change light bulbs pressure washing of driveways and lanai's 5) car care check: check fluid levels, check air filter, tire pressure, windshield wipers etc. 6) clean out garages, hanging pictures, drapery rods, blinds etc. 7) clean Dryer Exhaust -Clean Ceiling Fan Blades -Clean AC and -Air Handler Coils -AC Drain 8) power-wash: driveway, lanai and house. 9) minor carpentry jobs ie. replace bad wood. 10) Small trim and moulding jobs. 11) Call Mitch 239-219-2345
