Join Chef Instructor & LV native, Jocelyn Jimenez, in preparing the National Dish of Spain! Attendees will also make their own Sangria. Learn how to create THE most sought-after dinner entree in the Iberian Peninsula! You will also create your very own batch of Sangria to enjoy with freshly made tapas. All guests will receive a comprehensive cooking session & learning materials. Chef "JJ" is a graduate of DeSales University & attended NCC's Culinary Program. She is a Food Stylist for a broadcasting network & teaches the art of cooking to all ages! Her specialties include Ethnic & Fusion Cuisine.
