Suny Realty Management is looking for a building maintenance worker. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter and independent worker Experience in general handyman type repairs including Plumbing, changing toilets, snaking a drain, faucets replacement, Install bathroom vanity, replace shut off valves Electrical: changing outlets and switches, replacing light fixtures Ground maintenance, light landscaping. Responsible for apartment cleanouts and turnovers. BASIC GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Drywall patches and repairs Interior/Exterior painting Carpentry and framing Cabinet installation Door jamb and Door replacement Door lock replacement Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30 pm (flexible) Available for after-hours emergency Responsibilities / Job Description Must be able to use a smartphone and phone applications. Driver’s license and car needed.
