LGBTQI+ Youth dance Come celebrate as your authentic selves! LGBTQ+ and friends ages 14-18. Enjoy an evening of dancing and shining bright with your friends! By purchasing event ticket(s), I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity regarding COVID-19, acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and understand that CDC and public health authorities recommend the practice of social distancing, and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and further release and discharge the Queen’s Guard or any affiliates for injury, loss or damage arising out of my use of or presence at the event, whether caused by the fault of myself or other third parties. I acknowledge that the Queen’s Guard has followed all local and state requirements regarding the coronavirus pandemic to reduce the spread of COVID-19. I acknowledge that the Queen’s Guard cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with COIVID-19. I agree to indemnify and defend the Queen’s Guard against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may arise from my use or presence at Underground Pride Prom 2022. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to agree with this agreement and that I have been given reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this agreement if I so desire. By completing the transaction to purchase event ticket(s) I am agreeing in full with the above release of liability.
