American West Pallets Aurora, CO 80011  Office: 480-271-7842  Fax: 844-272-6553 Position: Warehouse Manager Job Type: Full Time Salary: $60,000+ (DOE) Job Description: This position will manage customer product specifications and compliance needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of pallet repair and distribution facility • Provide management for the shipping, receiving, quality, and production departments • Delegate responsibilities for specific tasks and monitor levels of service • Maintain accurate inventory counts and keep the warehouse in a neat and organized manner • Monitor and perform inventory counts of finished goods, raw goods, and supplies • Ensure pallet blocks and lumber stacks are formed correctly and labeled with corresponding placards • Supervise loading and unloading of trucks and resolve any issues • Work with customer service rep to ensure all loads are completed as scheduled • Ensure pallets are being painted and stenciled correctly, and meet quality standards • Conduct weekly mock audits of at least 200 pallets to prepare for monthly TPI audits • Ensure employees are complying with safety rules and procedures • Follow current processes and procedures set in place • Any other applicable duties as assigned by management Qualification/Skills: • Ability to work in a diverse team environment. • Accurate and strong attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. • Demonstrate good organizational, time management and prioritization skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Must uphold a high level of loyalty, integrity and ethics. • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. • Management experience in fast-paced production warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred Requirements: • Ability to work in various environmental conditions such as extreme hot and cold temperatures, humidity, moving machinery, and noise • Excellent attendance record • Reliable transportation to and from work • Bilingual English/Spanish
